Two ways in

I coach a team

  • Log it during the game, not from memory that night.
  • Adjust at halftime based on what actually happened.
  • Send a practice program to the player who needs it.
For coaches

My kid plays

  • Know what they did Saturday, not just whether the team won.
  • Understand their real role on the floor.
  • See what's changed since last season.
For parents

Logging

Three secondsbetween plays.

The rebound drops, the break is on, the shot's already up. A coach looking down at a phone misses what happens next. Logging in PlayerTrackr fits in one thumb: the player, the play, done.

One thumb

Controls stay in reach — no switching hands.

No menus

The plays you log most are always in the same place, game after game.

iPhone and iPad

Phone in hand during the game, tablet on the bench to read it back at halftime.

What gets logged

Points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers, minutes, and shooting split by type: free throws, 2PT, 3PT.

Reading

What the numbersturn into.

The same stat line, read four ways.

The game

Per-player totals and averages, minutes included.

The season

Trends game over game: what's climbing, what's flat.

The shot

Free throws, 2PT and 3PT counted separately. One combined percentage hides which of the three is the problem.

The comparison

Two players side by side, on the same measures.

Plus offensive and defensive efficiency, and a full report in one tap when you need to show something other than a final score.

Practice

From Saturday's numbersto Tuesday's practice.

PlayerTrackr's drill library: exercises sorted by theme, with their length and age group.

The box score tells you what to work on. Getting it to the player is the other half. The library covers shooting, ball handling, defense and conditioning: build a program, send it to whoever needs it.

  1. Pick from the library
  2. Build a program
  3. Send it to the player

Time

One season is a box score.Five seasons is a player.

Most stat books start over every year. The binder goes missing, the coach changes, and all that's left of last season is a rough memory.

PlayerTrackr keeps seasons side by side: same player, same sheet, lines stacked. That's where you see what a single game never shows — that a player is averaging three more points than two years ago, or passing twice as much as when they started.

Same player, five seasons. Fictional data.

Questions

What people ask.

Does it work on iPad?

Yes — iPhone and iPad. Plenty of coaches log on the phone during the game and read it back on the tablet at halftime.

Can I run more than one team?

Yes, with an individual profile for each player. The free version covers one; Premium makes it unlimited.

Are shooting stats broken out?

Free throws, 2-pointers and 3-pointers are counted separately.

Does the subscription renew on its own?

Yes. It renews automatically until you turn it off, and you can cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
