Terms of use.
1. Scope
These terms cover the PlayerTrackr app and playertrackr.app, published by Nicolas Chevalarias, sole trader. Using the app means accepting them.
2. The app
PlayerTrackr lets you log individual basketball stats during a game, read them across a season and across multiple seasons, and build practice programs from a drill library.
3. Subscriptions
The app is free to download. The free version covers one team and one game; additional teams and games, advanced stats and part of the drill library require a Premium subscription.
Subscriptions are sold by Apple, not by us. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. The license covering the app is the Apple Standard EULA.
4. What you agree to
By entering player data, you confirm that:
- you are allowed to under your club's and governing body's rules;
- you have told the players — and, where they are minors, their legal guardians — that this is being recorded;
- you will use it only for your team's activity.
You remain responsible for what you enter.
5. Your data stays yours
The stats you enter belong to you or your club. We don't use them for anything else, don't sell them, and don't mine them to improve the product.
6. Availability
The app requires an internet connection to log a game and read stats. We work to keep it available without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn; subscribers are told when that happens.
7. Intellectual property
The app, the site, their content and the drill library are protected, and may not be copied, extracted or redistributed without written permission.
8. Liability
PlayerTrackr is a stat-tracking tool. It provides no medical advice, no diagnosis, and no official evaluation of a player, and replaces no governing-body requirement.
9. Governing law
French law applies. Disputes will be addressed amicably before any legal action.
